About the event
The Friendship House Trust meets every 4th Tuesday at 5.30pm in the Hikurangi Hall. These monthly gatherings bring together trustees, volunteers, and community members to kōrero about current programmes, local needs, and the ongoing work of Friendship House Hikurangi.
As the community’s support and connection hub, Friendship House provides counselling, family support, advocacy, community development initiatives, and the free Hikurangi Community Shuttle. The Trust meeting is an open invitation for anyone interested in how these services run, how they support whānau, and how people can get involved through volunteering or community projects.
