Mid Northern Rugby Football Club

Mid Northern Rugby Football Club is known for its exceptional, welcoming culture. The club is a cornerstone of the Hūkerenui community, creating a place where players, whānau and supporters feel at home. Mid Northern has a long and proud history in Northland rugby and today caters to players of all ages and abilities, from our youngest U5s right through to senior grades.

Seniors
- Men’s Premier team
- Men’s Reserve team
- Summer 7s training and development

Our senior players play a huge role in supporting and inspiring our juniors, especially at club days, where you’ll see Premier and Reserve players running water, helping at the food stands, joining in morning activities, and showing our tamariki what true club spirit looks like. These moments are a real highlight for our juniors, who love seeing their heroes involved and cheering them on.
