Whakapara Hall

Whakapara Hall is a key community venue located just off State Highway 1, midway between Whangārei and Kawakawa. Its central location makes it ideal for groups wanting to meet without travelling too far.

The hall is an important local resource and is available for regular bookings or one‑off occasions. Weekly line dancing sessions are held here, along with monthly gatherings for the local Garden Club and a Country and Western group. The hall is also used by Whakapara Marae at times, and is available for socials, weddings, meetings and children’s birthday parties. People are welcome to view the hall before making a booking decision.
